Caps travel from the cap feeder to the cap inspection unit, where two vision system cameras inspect both the inside and outside of the plastic caps for quality and integrity.

Station No:7 – Final heating foil for sealing
Station No:8 – Foil folding and sealing
Station No:9 – Foil sealing orientation check by
