The machine comprises a
precision-fabricated base with a
machined top plate, ensuring close
accuracy throughout the assembly
process. Pump components are fed
via vibratory bowls and linear
feeders onto a common conveyor,
which transports multiple pallets,
each equipped with four pockets,
to various assembly stations.
At these stations, components are
sequentially picked up from chutes
and placed or pressed into the
pallets using a pneumatically
operated pick-and-place
arrangement. Once assembly is
complete, dip tubes are inserted,
and the assembled units undergo
leakage inspection.
Depending on the inspection
results, the units are discharged
into either the reject or accept bins
for further processing.
